BDHMA's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 17 from 7-9pm in the Multipurpose Room at the HRM 4-PAD

The Nomination Committee met on May 30, 2025 and has completed its role of vetting nominees against the respective criteria for the Bedford and District Minor Hockey Association’s Executive Officers.

Please find below results of the Nomination Committee as it relates to the 2025-26 Executive for the Bedford and District Minor Hockey Association.

In addition to the open VP positions, the executive committee is also looking to fill various coordinator positions HERE

Finally, after reviewing the Association’s governance needs, the Executive has determined that the addition of a new position to the Executive dedicated to risk management would benefit the Association. On this basis, the Executive is recommending the Bylaws of the Association be amended to add the position of “Vice-President Risk Management” to the list of Executive officers and will be putting forward a Special Resolution at the Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2025.
