BDMHA Governance Review Update

 
Attention BDMHA Members, 
 
Below are are a number of document links detailing the governance/contitution review that was conducted during the 2023-24 season and outlined recommendations. 
 
Included in the review are the proposed special resolutions (appendix A, B, C, D, E) that would accompany the summary when presented to the membership at an AGM and detailed timeline of events that will occur from now until our AGM in June. 
 
This review was completed by Kiersten Amos and Mike Hurley, with support from Ken Lenihan. 
 
BDMHA is inviting membership to attend virtual feedback sessions as it relates to these special resolutions. Feedback sessions will be held on April 11 and April 14 respectively. To register for these sessions, please click the following links. As these sessions are virtual in nature, only individuals that sign up will receive the link to access the meeting.
