Jersey Guidelines

Jersey Deposit Policy
Each team is required to forward a $500 deposit in the form of a postdated cheque to cover jersey damage / loss. The cheque will be voided when the complete jersey set is returned in satisfactory condition at the end of the season.
Cheques should be made out to “Bedford and District Minor Hockey Assoc.” for $500 and postdated to March 31, 2010. Cheques must be received before October 31, 2009. Travel Permits or Exhibition Game Permits may be withheld if a jersey deposit cheque is not received by October 31, 2009

Jersey Guidelines
The Bedford & District Minor Hockey Association provides jerseys for players of the association to wear. Treat your Bedford Blues jersey with respect and wear it with pride, so others may do so in following years.

Parent/Guardian must sign Jersey Tracking Form provided by Coach/Manager

Name bars, and "C's" or "A's" must be sewn on - NOT IRONED or GLUED. Also they must be removed from the jersey prior to being returned.

Jerseys are to be washed in cold water and hung to dry, Do Not Put Jerseys in a Dryer.

Jerseys are not to be signed, or affixed with any other items unless approved by BDMHA. |

At the completion of the season, jerseys are to be washed and promptly returned to the Coach/Manager.

Any jersey not returned or showing signs of abuse (other than normal wear or accidents) will be charged to the Player at $50.00 each.

|
Jerseys not returned or paid for, will results in the $50.00 fee (per jersey) being added to the player's registration the following year (No Player will be Registered until Fee is Paid).
